                        Kangayam mustard shrimp



What is needed



Shrimp - 250 g,
Onion - 100 g,
Tomatoes - 50 g,
Green leaf - 5,
Curry leaves - 1 bunch,
Powder powder - 1½ tablets,
Turmeric - 1 tbsp,
Mustard - 1 tbsp,
Mustard powder - 2 tbsp,
Coconut paste - 2 tablespoons,
Oil - 100 ml,
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp,
Salt - for need.


How to do it


Add the oil in the pan with mustard peel and put onions, tomato, ginger garlic paste, green peas and curry leaves. Add the powder, turmeric, mustard powder and coconut paste until it becomes green. Then sprinkle with coriander powder and serve.
