Required things:

 

Chicken - 250 g

Large onion - 1 (finely chopped)

Tomatoes - 1 (chopped into powder)

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp.

Coriander - a little

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp.

Salt - the required amount


To grind …


Peeled coconut - 1/4

Cup green chilies - 1

Anise - 1 tbsp.

Chili powder - 1 tbsp.

Coriander powder - 2 tbsp.

Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp.

Cashew - 3


To beat …


Oil - 1 tbsp.

Biryani Leaf - 1

Bar - 1/4

Inch clove - 2

Cardamom - 1

Caraway - a little

Garlic - 6 cloves


Recipe:

First put a frying pan in the oven, pour 1 tbsp. oil in it, put green chilies in it and lightly salt,, then put all the ingredients given for grinding in the mix, as well as add a little water and grind like a soft paste.

.

Then the stew should be thoroughly washed and cleaned, and the turmeric powder added to keep the fritters cool.



 Then put the cooker in the oven, pour the oil in it and after it dries, add the seasonings, then add the garlic, onion, tomato, ginger and garlic paste and fry till it goes green.


 Then add the squash and salt  well, sprinkle with salt and salt for 5-7 minutes, then pour 2 cups of water, cover the cooker and simmer on low heat for 4-5 whistles.


When the whistle goes off, open the cooker, add the ground coconut paste, sprinkle with the required amount of salt, pour water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes to go well green, sprinkle with coriander, Chicken kurma Ready !!!
