Paneer Rajma Masala which is super for Sabbath

 Are you going to make chapatis at night? Not sure what side dish to make for it? Do you like water very much? Then season with paneer and rajma and taste.

Required things:🍚

Rajma - 1 1/2 cups

Buttermilk - 150 g (cut into pieces)

Onions - 2 (chopped)

Tomato - 2 (chopped)

Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp.

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp.

Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 tbsp.

Cumin - 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

Salt - the required amount

Oil - 3 tbsp.


Recipe:

First put the rajma in the cooker and add water and salt and put it in the oven, cover the cooker, let it simmer for 2-3 whistles, drain the water and keep the rajma and water separately. Then grind the onion and tomato separately in the mixer. Then put a frying pan in the oven, pour oil in it, add cumin and tamarind, then add minced onion paste and fry on low heat for 2 minutes.




Then add ginger garlic paste and stir fry, then add tomato paste, add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Reduce heat to low and fry well until oil and spices separate. Next, add rose water and simmer for 5 minutes, then add boiled rajma water and bring to a boil. When the water starts to boil,

 Add garam masala and steamed rajma and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Paneer rajma masala is ready !!!
