What is needed
Small beetroot - 1 (chopped powder),
Chopped tomatoes - 2,
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Sugarcane - 1/2 teaspoon,
Salt - for need,
Ghee - 2 tbsp,
Fresh cream to decorate - a little bit.
How to do it
Boil the beetroot with water. Grate along with tomatoes. Leave the ghee in the pan and pour the sifted paste, salt paste, salt and sugar to warm and serve with hot fresh cream.
